    A week after the course I have found myself talking about and actually using the techniques taught! The experiential based learning really worked for me and I learnt whilst having fun – always a good way to retain new learnings.   2. NEW: THE ART & SKILL OF "REAL" LISTENING - A three-day tele-class

    Listening is often taken for granted, and yet is one of the more challenging aspects of communication.  This interactive course explores the factors that allow for listening to occur as well as shed light on common and unnoticed inhibitors and saboteurs of listening.  A simple, yet powerful listening tool will be introduced and practiced in a variety of interactive exercises.
